Our Philosophy
Pasta is one of Italy’s gifts to the world. It is a food that relies on the quality of its ingredients to be exceptional. Pasta Noodles™ honors the integrity of Italian pasta, while adapting it to be more convenient for our busy lives.
We believe great-tasting pasta shouldn't be a time-consuming or equipment-intensive process. Pasta Noodles™ uses innovations in rapid-cook technology and high-standard ingredients to bring taste, freshness, dignity, and beauty to meals that are prepared in minutes.
Buon Appetito!

Semolina is high in protein, fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Semolina can support weight loss, heart health and digestion. Protein and fiber can slow digestion, which can make you feel fuller for longer. B vitamins help convert food into energy, and Semolina contains B vitamins like folate and thiamine.
Semolina is known to be a good source of non-heme iron. Iron aids in transporting oxygen through the body as well as preventing anemia.1
